Rice Flour Khichu is a steamed traditional Gujarati snack and is available as a street food in Gujarat. Here is a quick and easy recipe to make this healthy breakfast dish.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Rice Flour
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander finely chopped
- 1 cup Water for steaming
- 1/3 cup Water for making batter
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
- Fill the pressure cooker with 1 cup water(250 ml). Cover it with lid without the whistle and let the water boil.Put the steamer instead of the whistle on the pressure cooker.
- Make a batter of rice flour,jeera,coriander,green chillies,oil and salt by adding water.
- Now pour the batter in the steamer, cover with lid and steam for 5 minutes.
- When it is done check by putting knife in the batter. If it is done knife will come out clean.
- Serve piping hot after pouring 1 teaspoon raw peanut oil on it.
